Publications for Business introduces students to the publishing world and provides them with entry level-skills. This program prepares students to perform technical support services involved with planning, organizing, researching, directing and controlling functions and processes related to the production, buying and selling of goods and services. Photoshop for Windows and Publisher will be utilized throughout the school year along with producing viable products using MS Word. This will provide students absolute power to produce professional-quality publications, and enable them to integrate text and graphics from many sources into a wide variety of documents. Students will gain skills in Business Management including communications, leadership, time management, project management, problem solving, writing and desktop publishing (Publisher, etc).
